Viewpoint of 3 Savile Row

Subject: Inquiry About 3 Savile Row Rooftop View

Hello everyone!

I’ll be heading to London later this year and am curious if there’s a way to catch a glimpse of the rooftop at 3 Savile Row, where the Beatles held their final concert.

I don’t need to access the rooftop itself, but I’m interested in any higher vantage points nearby that would allow me to see it.

Thank you in advance for your help!

  1. Hi there!

That sounds like an exciting trip! Unfortunately, access to the rooftop of 3 Savile Row itself is quite limited. However, there are a few options you might consider for a good view of the building:

    1. Regent Street: If you head to Regent Street and look down Savile Row, you might catch a glimpse of the roof from a distance. Though it won’t be a direct view, it’s worth checking out!

    2. Nearby Rooftop Bars: Several hotels and bars in the area have rooftop terraces that may offer views of Savile Row. The Rooftop at One New Change is one option, but it’s a bit of a distance.

    3. Sky Garden: Located at 20 Fenchurch Street, this public garden offers panoramic views of London and could provide a distant view of Savile Row.

    4. Photography: If you’re into photography, consider capturing the lower levels of the building, as it holds its own charm even without the rooftop.

Make sure to double-check any visiting hours or reservation requirements if you choose to visit a rooftop venue. Enjoy your trip to London!

    Safe travels!

What a great inquiry! For a stunning view of 3 Savile Row, I recommend checking out the nearby rooftop bars such as the **Aqua Spirit** or the **Radio Rooftop Bar**. Both venues not only offer a fantastic atmosphere but also provide excellent sightlines of the surrounding area, including the iconic building at 3 Savile Row.

Additionally, if you’re looking for something a bit different, the **Sky Garden** at 20 Fenchurch Street features panoramic views of London and can give you a broader context of the city. It could be well worth the visit!

Lastly, consider walking around the area; the streets surrounding Savile Row are rich in history and may offer unexpected vantage points. Don’t forget your camera—capturing the legacy and architecture of this legendary site will surely enhance your trip!

Safe travels and enjoy your time in London!

Welcome to London! It’s fantastic to hear about your interest in 3 Savile Row, a significant landmark with rich musical history. While the rooftop itself is not accessible to the public, there are a few great spots nearby where you can catch a glimpse of the building and appreciate its iconic status:

    • Regent Street: Walking along Regent Street towards the south will give you a clear view of 3 Savile Row and its architectural details.
    • Hanover Square: This nearby square offers some perspective of the area. It’s also a nice spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of central London.
