This took place around 3:30 PM by the Brunswick Centre/Russell Square. I was walking behind the thief with my parents when I saw you sprinting at full speed to catch up with her. You approached her calmly, asked for your phone back, got it, and then returned to your friend like it was no big deal.
My mum was amazed that the thief just strolled away so casually after handing back your phone—it’s wild how unfazed she was after being confronted!
Anyway, I made sure to secure my phone in my bag after that, and I’m grateful to the London gods for keeping me and my phone safe! 🙏
