Looking for Great Asian (Indian) Food and Kebabs in London

I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying the weekend! I’ve just relocated to London from Hull and I’m currently staying with a friend in Wood Green. Since it’s my cheat day, I’m in the mood for some good meat tonight and I’m on the hunt for a place to indulge in a feast! If you know any buffets or restaurants that offer plenty of meat options—and maybe a drink or two—please send your recommendations my way.
Also, if anyone’s up for a casual drink and a chat, I’d love to meet new people in the city!

Dishoom – While it’s more known for its overall Indian cuisine, their kebabs are amazing! The ambiance is great, and you can enjoy some delicious drinks too.
Tandoori Nights – A local favorite, known for its tasty chicken and lamb dishes. The kebabs here are particularly popular!
Barbary – If you’re interested in something a bit different, they serve Middle Eastern-inspired meats and have an excellent selection of grilled options.
Bistro 1 – It’s not a buffet, but their grilled meats are really good!
For a buffet, you might want to check out Chakra in Notting Hill, or Moksh if you don’t mind going a bit further.
As for drinks, there are plenty of pubs around Wood Green where you can meet people. Maybe try The Prince or The Fox nearby!
