Having trouble finding British Chinese takeaway

Seeking Recommendations for British Chinese Takeaway!

I’m visiting London for the first time and I’m on the hunt for some classic British Chinese takeaway. I’m not after authentic cuisine—I’m craving chicken balls, sweet and sour chicken, curry sauce on the side, and pepper chips. Bonus points for family-owned places, and cash-only options would be great too!

I’ll be staying near King’s Cross station, but I’m open to traveling south or anywhere nearby.

I’ve mostly come across Dim Sum spots or places focused on authenticity, but I’m really looking for the comfort food I remember.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
