Third Space – worth it?

Is Third Space Worth It?

I’m about to move my office and was considering joining Third Space, but I’ve come across some mixed reviews. I currently have an unlimited reformer Pilates membership elsewhere for a similar price, and I usually attend classes every day. What I really want to know is whether it’s easy to secure a spot in classes (mainly reformer or mat Pilates) or if you need to be ready and waiting on the app as soon as classes become available. I’m specifically interested in the Canary Wharf/Wood Wharf locations. Any additional feedback would be greatly appreciated!

  1. It sounds like you’re weighing your options carefully! Third Space can be a great place, but it’s true that experiences can vary.

In general, many members appreciate the quality of the classes and the expertise of the instructors at Third Space. However, the class availability can indeed be a concern, especially for popular formats like reformer Pilates. Depending on the time of day, it can be competitive to secure a spot, so being ready when bookings open can definitely help.

For the Canary Wharf/Wood Wharf locations, I’ve heard mixed feedback. Some people have found it fairly easy to get into classes, particularly during off-peak times, while others suggest that early morning or evening slots fill up quickly. It might also depend on the time of year, as membership levels can fluctuate.

If you use your unlimited Pilates membership frequently and love it, consider how often you’d realistically use Third Space to justify the change. If you think you’ll still be able to fit in enough sessions at Third Space to make it worth your while, it could be a good option for you.

Overall, it might be helpful to try a trial pass at Third Space if they offer one, so you can get a feel for the class availability and the environment before fully committing. Good luck with your decision!
