Recognizing the potential for deceit, I felt compelled to warn those around me. I advised several unsuspecting passersby not to contribute to his cause, as it became evident that his intentions were dubious.

Regrettably, despite the presence of this questionable activity, I could not find any law enforcement officers on site to report the incident to. This experience highlights the importance of being watchful and proactive in our communities.
