Full-Time Work & Big Dogs in London?

TL;DR: I’m heading into my final year of uni and considering bringing my two dogs from Asia to London due to my family’s lack of involvement in their care. I’d love to hear how others manage full-time work alongside caring for two large dogs to ease my family’s concerns.

I’m moving to London for my final year of uni and wanted to share a bit of background:
My family in Asia has two big dogs, a husky and a malamute, and I absolutely adore them. I grew up volunteering at dog shelters and have been dog-sitting almost full-time throughout university. I’m the only one who truly cares for my dogs back home; my family rarely interacts with them, relying on someone else to feed and walk them instead. Whenever I visit, I spend all my time with them. I even cover their food, toys, training, and some vet bills with my savings.
I can’t stand to see them in an environment where they aren’t receiving proper attention and training, so I’m looking to bring them to the UK with me. Unfortunately, the adoption culture in my home country isn’t great, and I worry that rehoming them would only worsen their situation.
My family is supportive of me taking the dogs, as it removes one of their responsibilities. However, they do have concerns about the costs of shipping them over and the possibility of me needing to relocate again if I struggle to find a job in the UK – a valid worry given the current job market. I’m committed to staying in the UK or moving to the EU after graduation and have no plans to return to Asia.

I know I can handle them while in uni since I only have four hours of classes each day, ensuring I won’t be away for too long.
