Good morning, everyone!

I’m located in central London and need some help finding a shop that can assist with removing data from my old Mac. I’ve visited the Apple Store twice, but we haven’t been able to fully resolve the issue.

Just a heads up: my Mac is over 10 years old, and I need to delete a significant amount of music that I downloaded onto it from CDs. The only way to do this is by accessing the hard drive.
