Lost and then found phone on the DLR

Lost and Found Phone on the DLR

Earlier today, while I was on my way to London City Airport for a flight, I realized I’d left my phone on the seat as soon as my AirPods disconnected after getting off the DLR. In a panic, I rushed to the information desk and explained what happened, including the train I was on and where I had been sitting.

The staff member promptly made a few calls, and within just 15 minutes, a TfL employee arrived at the information desk with my phone in hand. I can only assume they checked the train at its next stop.

I’m incredibly grateful for the swift action taken by the TfL team—they truly saved me from a lot of stress!

Now that I’m sitting on the plane, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation and share this rare success story of a lost phone recovery!
