In search of beef enchiladas!

I’m specifically craving beef, but I’m having a hard time finding a Mexican restaurant that serves this dish. I can easily find chicken and pork options, but beef seems elusive.

Sure, I could grab a beef burrito anywhere, but it just doesn’t hit the same 😭

I would prefer a spot in North London, but I’m willing to travel further for that perfect beef enchilada!
