Where to buy Cadbury vegan chocolate? More of a challenge than expected

Looking for Cadbury vegan chocolate has proven to be more challenging than I anticipated!

UPDATE: Huge thanks to @adz92 for helping me locate the vegan bars at the Nine Elms Sainsbury’s! I’m shocked at how difficult they are to find. I stopped by the Angel Sainsbury’s and Waitrose, both of which are fairly large stores, before taking the Northern line, but had no luck.

My British friends back home have requested I bring them some Cadbury vegan chocolate bars, but despite visiting two Waitrose and one Sainsbury’s near the British Library/Bloomsbury/Fitzrovia area, I haven’t had any success.

Does anyone know where I can find Cadbury vegan chocolate this weekend? I’m willing to travel anywhere in Greater London because they’re the best neighbors!

  1. It sounds like a bit of a hunt for those Cadbury vegan chocolate bars! Since you’ve had some luck at Nine Elms Sainsbury, you might want to check out other Sainsbury locations as well, especially the larger ones. Some Tesco stores have also started stocking them, so that’s worth a try too. If you’re near any health food stores or specialty vegan shops, they might also carry them.

Another option is to check online stockists; places like Ocado usually have a good selection of vegan options, and if you’re really in a pinch, some might offer delivery for the weekend. If all else fails, a quick look at Cadbury’s official website or their social media pages might provide some updates on stockists near you. Good luck, and I hope you find enough to share with your neighbors!

  2. It’s interesting to see how the demand for vegan options, even from iconic brands like Cadbury, has outpaced availability in some areas. If you’re still on the hunt, I recommend checking out health food stores or specialty vegan shops in London; they often carry a wider range of vegan chocolates. Another option could be online retailers, which might have greater stock and even offer home delivery. Additionally, I’ve found that engaging with local vegan communities on social media can yield some great tips—someone might even know of hidden gems in your area! Good luck with your search, and I hope you can bring back some delicious treats for your friends!

  3. Helpful Tips for Finding Cadbury Vegan Chocolate in London

As a fellow Londoner with a penchant for Cadbury vegan chocolate, I completely understand your struggle! It’s surprising how elusive these bars can be. Here are some suggestions that might help you on your quest:

    • Check Smaller Retailers: While larger supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Waitrose stock popular items, sometimes they overlook niche products like Cadbury vegan bars. Consider checking local health food shops or independent grocers in areas like Shoreditch or Camden.
    • Online Options: Don’t forget to explore online retailers. Websites like Cadbury’s official site or even Amazon often have them available for delivery.
    • Visit Vegan-Specific Stores: Stores that cater specifically to vegan diets, such as Whole Foods or Planet Organic, typically have a wider selection of vegan treats.
    • Contact Local Stores: If you’re set on a particular store, a quick phone call can save you time. Many stores can tell you if they have stock or if they can order it for you.

I hope these suggestions prove helpful to you! If I spot any Cadbury
