Hi everyone! As a petite 23-year-old woman, I often feel intimidated by the male-dominated gym scene in London. However, I’m determined to improve my fitness! I’m looking for recommendations for CrossFit gyms, preferably around Southwark or, as an alternative, in Canary Wharf. I’d love to find a place with great coaches and a welcoming atmosphere.
