Looking for Percy Ingles’ Replacement
Does anyone else remember the beloved Percy Ingles bakery that shut down during Covid? Such a shame!
I’ve been seriously craving their London cheesecake lately (you know, that delicious puff pastry filled with jam and cake, topped with icing and shredded coconut). Does anyone know where I might be able to find something similar?
