Appreciating the staff
I have to admit that I often criticize TfL, but this morning was different. With the Northern line experiencing issues, both SWR and TfL staff worked hard to assist everyone who was affected.
I also want to extend my thoughts to the driver who, from what I hear, faced a difficult situation this morning.
