Are you planning a memorable road trip through the breathtaking landscapes of the English countryside? If so, you’re not alone! As my husband and I gear up for an exciting 10-day getaway to the UK next summer, we’re eager to escape the hustle and bustle of London for a few days to uncover the charm of the countryside.

While we will start our adventure by diving into the iconic sites of London—where my husband will experience the city for the first time—I am particularly keen on setting aside 2 to 3 days for a road trip to explore some lesser-known treasures that the region has to offer.
