He was described as a white male in his 30s, with shoulder-length wavy blondish hair, wearing sunglasses, a bucket hat, and what I believe to be green or blue shorts. He was lying on a blanket with a rucksack nearby.
Disturbing Behavior:
Within minutes of settling down, this individual engaged in inappropriate and illegal activity, exposing himself and performing gestures of a sexual nature in public. Notably, this occurred in an area where families, including children, were passing by on the nearby pathways—an environment that should be safe and welcoming for all visitors.

Concerned by the incident, I promptly reported the behavior to local authorities.
